This soup is easy to make and requires a minimal time of prep. It is also still delicious after a few days of making it. Nettles have lots of minerals and vitamins. Enjoy!
Nettle Soup

Ingredients
1 cup of blanched nettles
2 medium potatoes
1 yellow onion, sliced
5 garlic cloves, chopped
4 cups of water of broth
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
